Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital Products

All products offered by HOOMS USA LLC are digital unless otherwise stated. No physical items will be shipped.

 

1. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Upon successful checkout, your digital product and/or login credentials will be delivered to you by e-mail. Delivery is typically instant, but may take up to 2 hours depending on server load or email provider filters.

 

2. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ACCESS

If you do not receive your digital product within 2 hours, please check:

→ your spam or promotions folder

→ the email address used at checkout

→ that your payment was successfully processed

If you still cannot locate your access, contact us at: info@hooms.it. Our team will resend your access as soon as possible.

 

3. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR E-MAIL ISSUES

HOOMS USA LLC is not responsible for:

→ delays caused by your email provider

→ typos in the email address entered at checkout

→ filters, blocks, or firewalls preventing delivery

→ failure to check spam/promotions folders.

We will always resend access upon request, but digital delivery is considered complete once the product is emailed to the address provided at checkout.

 

Physical Products

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased from HOOMS USA LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

By placing an order, you accept the terms outlined below.

 

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

→ payment authorization issues

→ incomplete or incorrect shipping information

→ carrier backlog or operational delays.

 

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, the carrier assumes full responsibility for the package.

HOOMS USA LLC is not liable for:

→ delays in transit

→ lost, stolen, or damaged packages

→ packages marked as “Delivered” but not received

→ weather-related or operational delays

→ customs inspections or import delays

→ courier errors or misrouting.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only, not guarantees.

 

3. TRACKING INFORMATION

When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

Please note:

→ tracking may take up to 48 hours to update

→ we cannot control tracking accuracy or scan frequency

→ lack of updates does not indicate non-delivery.

 

4. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR DELIVERY FAILURES

Customers are fully responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

→ packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

→ packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer

→ failed delivery attempts.

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer must pay new shipping fees before reshipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

5. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, the order is considered complete.

We do not replace, refund, or reship packages that are:

→ stolen after delivery

→ lost in transit

→ damaged by the carrier

→ misdelivered by the carrier.

Customers must contact the carrier directly and file a claim. We can provide documentation upon request, but the carrier is solely responsible for resolving the claim.

 

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for:

→ customs duties

→ taxes

→ import fees

→ customs delays

→ refused packages.

If duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

7. NON-DELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders shipped to:

→ PO Boxes (when not supported)

→ incomplete or unverifiable addresses

→ temporary accommodations.

 

8. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are:

→ displayed at checkout

→ non-refundable

→ not reimbursed for delayed, refused or undeliverable packages.

 

9. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or nondelivery caused by events outside our control, including:

→ natural disasters

→ weather conditions

→ pandemics

→ carrier strikes

→ supply chain disruptions

→ wars or political instability.
