Digital Products

All our products are digital, so you will not receive any physical items in the mail. All digital products are delivered via e-mail immediately after your checkout is completed. If you do not receive your login information within 2 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate your access, contact us at: info@hooms.it
Our team will assist you as soon as possible.
1. NO REFUNDS AFTER COURSE ACCESS
Because our products are digital and accessible instantly, we do not offer refunds once the course or digital product has been accessed in any way.
Access includes (but is not limited to):
→ logging into the course portal
→ opening any module, lesson, or downloadable file
→ viewing training videos
→ accessing bonus materials
→ downloading templates or resources.
If you start — even one lesson — you are no longer eligible for a refund. This policy is strict and non-negotiable.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY (ONLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN ACCESSED)
You may request a refund only if: you have not accessed the course or any part of the digital product AND your request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, send an email to: info@hooms.it
Your request must include:
→ full name
→ e-mail used at checkout
→ order number
→ confirmation that you have not accessed any part of the product.
We reserve the right to verify access logs before approving any refund.
3. NO REFUNDS AFTER 7 CALENDAR DAYS
Absolutely no refunds will be issued after 7 calendar days, regardless of:
→ whether you downloaded the material
→ whether you used the material
→ whether your business or personal circumstances changed
→ whether you forgot to access the course
→ whether you “did not have time”.
This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse of digital content.
4. DELIVERY ISSUES DO NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS
Not receiving or not locating the access email does not qualify as a reason for a refund. In these cases, we simply resend your access. Failure to check spam/promotions folders does not entitle you to a refund.
5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL OUTSIDE THE CONDITIONS ABOVE
Except for the limited scenario described in Section 2, all sales are final. Once you access the product, download materials, or log into the course portal, the sale is considered fully completed. No exceptions.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
By completing your purchase, you agree that:
→ it is your responsibility to check your email for access
→ it is your responsibility to maintain correct email information at checkout
→ accessing the product means waiving any right to a refund
→ you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy before purchasing.
