Welcome to HOOMS USA LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites:

By accessing or using our Websites, purchasing any product, or interacting with our content, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO REFUND AFTER ACCESS

All our digital products (courses, downloads, trainings, templates, masterclasses) are delivered electronically. Once you access a digital product in any way — including logging in, opening a module, or downloading a file — you waive any right to a refund. Refunds are only available if: the product has not been accessed AND you request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. No exceptions will be made beyond these conditions.

2. PERSONAL LICENSE ONLY — NO SHARING OR TRANSFER

All digital content is licensed for personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use only.

You agree not to:

→ distribute or sell any content

→ reproduce, publish, or post any materials

→ allow others to access purchased content

→ upload materials anywhere online.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of access without refund.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

You must provide accurate, complete and current billing information. By purchasing, you authorize HOOMS USA LLC to process your payment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All sales are final except where explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

4. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee:

→ bookings

→ sales

→ visibility

→ client acquisition

→ measurable success of any kind.

Your results depend on your effort, consistency, skills, and market conditions, not on our products alone. You acknowledge that:

→ testimonials do not guarantee similar results

→ past results do not predict future outcomes.

5. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Nothing on our Websites or in our digital products constitutes:

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7. ACCOUNT ACCESS & SECURITY

If you create an account: you must keep your username and password confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account; sharing your account will result in immediate suspension.

We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOOMS USA LLC is not liable for:

→ direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

→ lost profits, lost opportunities, or business losses

→ delays in access or delivery

→ interruptions, errors, or technical malfunctions

→ third-party service failures

→ your implementation of any content

→ your results (or lack thereof).

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing the use of our products.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HOOMS USA LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

→ your violation of these Terms

→ your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. GOVERNING LAW – FLORIDA

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sarasota County, Florida, not in court. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Websites constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
